REFUND POLICY
At LEGACY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within approximately 3-5 business days.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind, or based on colour, size, or texture.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged in transit. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
